Shipping Policy
Default freight rates apply to shipments within the continental US. Oversized items that may incur additional freight fees will be quoted to the end user and those charges authorized prior to shipment. We will not ship any order before contacting you regarding any freight adjustments. International shipments that may incur additional freight fees will be quoted to the end user and those charges authorized prior to shipment. All taxes or duty incurred on shipments received outside of the continental US are the responsibility of the end user, not Adventure Sports, Inc.
All shipments are F.O.B. Adventure Sports, Inc. Any and all freight damage is the responsibility of the carrier, and must be claimed with an agent of that carrier. Adventure Sports, Inc. will assist with your freight claim assuming all supporting documentation is provided. A receiving document, signed by the end user, that includes a brief description of the damages, along with a proof of purchase receipt copy, stating the claimed items' value is necessary when filing a claim.
Be certain to inspect each parcel thoroughly for any damage to the packaging and/or goods therein. Please open your packages and inspect them for hidden damage (damage that is not easily recognized from looking at the outside of the box). If you discover internal damage, please contact us immediately. If you believe there to be damage, please insist that the courier/driver remain on hand, and do not let them rush you. They must provide you ample time to inspect your goods, and note any damage as necessary on the bill of lading, way bill, etc. Any damage claim not accompanied with this supporting documentation will be denied by the carrier, and enables the carrier to deny liability. If any products were damaged by the freight company, or were missing from your order, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order for us to process a claim.

Adventure Sports Inc. reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within three business days.

Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 4 weeks of shipping date.
- Return authorization is required. To start the return process, please email support@adventuresportusa.com with your order number, name, and contact information.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged items or shipping errors.
- Refunds/Credits will only be issued for items returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
- The refund/credit will include the value of the item and any taxes charged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
